All this hoo-haa about the dead pope and his replacement, it's enough to make a sane man weep. Weep and vomit with disgust for the way one billion Catholics prostitute their brains. One day after the new villain is crowned, Catholics are queuing up in a tunnel somewhere to worship a stain on a wall which they claim is an image of "god".If I was god I'd condemn the lot of them to death for being so fucking stupid.
Like, is "god" so pathetic that it needs to take the form of mildew in a dank tunnel, or perhaps mouldy cheese on a slice of stale toast?
God was fabricated by frightened stone-age ape-men as a way of dealing with the unknown. When a volcano rumbled they carried fruit and virgins up the side of the mountain to appease the volcano god. When lightning flashed they slit the throats of a few goats and shepherds to appease the sky gods. And during floods they tossed bananas into the sea to appease the sea gods.
We're over that now because we understand the forces of nature but for some strange reason Catholics are locked into stone-age mentality. They believe that "papa" is a conduit mid way between man and the creator of the universe. The truth is that he is just a bloke who enjoys privilege, wealth and sex with children.
If he doesn't enjoy sex with children then he is the odd one out amongst Vaticanists.
Catholics believe in the power of prayer, this despite the fact that one billion of them praying every day for the health of their pope had no effect. He continued to suffer from Parkinsons Disease from the day it struck him til the day he died. Nothing fails like prayer, and yet these abominably silly people can be seen struggling up mountains or creeping through grottos pleading with their useless deity to cure them of syphilis or cancer or polyps up their arseholes.
The day "god" cures anyone of anything is the day I'll convert. The day "god" saves anyone from anything is the day I'll convert.
I don't care how cruel or heartless that sounds, I'm conscious of the fact that Catholicism has retarded medical research by hundreds of years. Were it not for objections from the Vatican sexually transmitted diseases would be a thing of the past and research into just about everything would be light years ahead. The current 'bogey' is stem cell research and as far as I'm concerned any Catholic or christian who opposes it deserves to die of cancer.
Fuck 'em all. Why should they be cured of their brain tumors if they deny assistance to people suffering from Spina Bifida? May their gods give them hemorrhoids and gout and a centipede up the nose to punish them for being so selfish and so stupid.
It is no longer true that we should respect people's religious beliefs. Religious beliefs are inexcusable in the industrial, educated world. It is our duty to mock godists big time, to expose them as fools and nincompoops. As things are right now, with the global political situation as it is, we cannot afford to have religious tyrants governing us and grovelling nitwits goading them on.
