Jews worship a bloodthirsty, spiteful and wrathful God called JHWH
Christians worship the same God but they call him Jehovah. They also worship a racist, vicious and demented Jew called Yeshua (Jesus) who detested anyone who wasn't a Jew.
Catholics worship Jehovah and Jesus plus the alleged mother of Jesus called Mary. They're embarrassed by Mary's Jewishness so they portray her as a Nordic princess.
Muslims worship Jehovah but they call him Allah. They also worship a warrior called Mohamed who actually did exist.
Atheists insist that there is no God.
Agnostics believe that whether there is a God or not, it cannot be known.
Theists believe there is a God but it certainly isn't the dreadful, hideous creature worshiped by the main three religions.
Satanists may or may not worship the mythical angel called Satan, but they regard him as a powerful force worthy of respect.
Luciferions reject all of mankind's fabricated gods, goobreys and gremlins but we don't claim to know everything there is to know. There may be forces way beyond our comprehension that will one day be discovered by science. That's if we don't blow ourselves up first. We value Lucifer, not as a deity but as a symbol of rebellion. Lucifer was a disruptive influence who defied the murderous Jehovah and paid the penalty for his courage. Lucifer – the Prince of Light – represents rebellion, reason, freedom, joy, compassion and the survival of life on planet Earth.
Luciferionism is the logical choice for anyone who engages his brain and focusses her intelligence on the subject of religion. Luciferionism is less rigid than atheism and less wishy-washy than agnosticism. It is closer to pure Buddhism than it is to atheism or agnosticism, although we disagree with the Buddha's idea that we should divest ourselves of attachments in order to achieve nirvana.
We suspect that there is no after-life and therefore there is no point planning for it. As for nirvana in the here and now, it is a waste of life to spend it meditating in order to avoid suffering. Life is a mixture of joy and pain. If we deaden our brain to pain we miss out on life's joys. Life's a gamble, to a large degree we choose how much of each we receive.
The purpose of Luciferionism is to help you maximise joy and minimise suffering.
